Howard is a proud member of the Tk’emlups te Secwepemc and the First Nation Major Projects Coalition. He obtained the CPA – CMA accounting designation in 1998 and he received a Master of Business Administration degree in 2006.
Howard has been employed in high level roles in First Nation organizations and for-profit entities for the past two decades.
Currently, Howard’s main focus is First Nation business development as the federal funding agreements are not able to meet the current and future needs of First Nation organizations. Through business development First Nations will be able to generate income, employment and self sufficiency for its members.
The opportunity is now upon First Nations to partake in business opportunities within their respective reserve lands and traditional territories.
